Phyllis A. Willis

 

Phyllis is a native of Cincinnati.  She graduated from Hughes High School and attended the University of Cincinnati. A Procter & Gamble retiree, Phyllis is currently an independent contractor at a law firm.  A perennial volunteer for several causes, including the Black & White Cancer Survivors Foundation, she is also a talented writer and playwright. 

Ms. Willis' play "1902", a compelling retrospective on the lives and times of African American artists at the turn of the century was selected to enter production for the  2020 JHFF season prior to the Covid19 pandemic.
